Data Deletion

This page describes how to request deletion of your personal data from Adstic — a mandatory requirement of Meta, TikTok and Google for integrated platforms.

1. What gets deleted

Upon request we permanently remove:

  • Account data (email, name, password hash)
  • All user content (posts, drafts, ad campaigns, templates)
  • Images and videos you uploaded
  • AI-generated media associated with your account
  • AI assistant conversation history
  • Connected social tokens (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Access logs in Adstic

2. What is retained (by law)

Some data we are legally required to retain for a fixed period:

This data does not directly identify you (only financial records required by the Bulgarian tax authority).

3. How to request deletion

Option A — from inside the platform (recommended)

  1. Sign in to Adstic
  2. Settings → Account → Delete account button
  3. Confirm with your password
  4. Account is blocked immediately; data is wiped within 30 days

Option B — by email

Send an email to contact@adstic.bg with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email you registered with
  • A short confirmation that you understand the consequences (loss of all content)

We may ask you to verify your identity before starting the process.

4. Timing

  • Requests are processed within 30 days (GDPR Art. 12)
  • In practice data is removed from the production database immediately after confirmation
  • Backups rotate out within 35 days — after that your data ceases to exist anywhere

5. Deletion triggered by Meta/TikTok/Google

If Facebook, TikTok or Google send us a deletion signal on your behalf (for example because you revoked Adstic's access from their side), we do the same:

  1. Receive the official webhook notification
  2. Delete the social tokens and platform-specific data
  3. The rest of your account remains active — unless you also request full deletion

If we do not reply within the legal deadline or you are not satisfied with the answer, you may contact the Bulgarian Data Protection Commission.
